Brasilia
Being listed as a World Heritage Site of UNESCO, Brasilia is home to plenty of historic sites and museums such as Eixo Monumental, Palacio de Alvorada, Complexo Cultural da Republica and many other landmarks. It is also the capital city of Brazil, thus, Brasilia houses some of the three branches of the Brazilian government. It was planned and developed by two of Brazil’s architectural geniuses, Oscar Niemeyer and Lucio Costa, making the city a concrete example of urban planning.
